We received an enquiry from a customer on a Friday morning quote for the manufacture a stainless steel header, the cost of which was submitted within 2 hours. The customer then contacted us by return to explain that the header was needed urgently on site for installation and that they required it to be ready for collection by 8.00 am Monday morning.
This required the sourcing of components on a same day basis and work to start as soon as the components were expressed to us. The header was completed delivered on time to allow our customers tight installation schedule to be maintained.
