Pipe fabrication and pipe work installation is a core discipline at Holden's with more than 40 years industrial experience of designing and installing pipe work to companies across the UK from the company's head quarters based in Leyland, Lancashire.
We have completed many tough and demanding piping projects in food, pharmaceutical and petrochemical installations along with power plants, wastewater treatment facilities, hotels, hospitals and gas utility installations to name but a few. We understand the complexity and difficulty of projects that utilize a wide assortment of sophisticated piping materials run in congested areas and under difficult environmental conditions.
We have a professional approach to providing pipe fabrication services and a structure to enable us to provide a complete turnkey fabrication service including Preparation of Fabrication Drawings and Isometric drawings, the procurement of all required materials, complete pipe fabrication includes marking, cutting, and welding as per the required codes and standards, welding to the highest required and relevant code using certified welders.
Hydro testing and all other required non destructive tests and pickling & passivation of weld joints (for SS & duplex materials). We can also supply all required documentation and if required, as-built drawings. We have experience of providing pipe services and pipe fabrication projects in almost every type of pipe work material including Stainless steels, Titanium, Copper, Carbon steels, Nickel alloys, Aluminium alloys .
