Vessel Manufacturing
At Holden's, we design and manufacture a wide variety of vessels for our clients. We can manufacture vessels in a range of materials including Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Copper and Exotic Alloys which can be used for food grade products, pharmaceutical products, chemical oils, or indeed almost any liquid or solid material.
We have over 25 years experience of design and manufacturing both atmospheric and pressure vessels and our modern, easily accessible workshops, are equipped with overhead cranes that can handle vessels for most applications. The vessels are designed, manufactured as per drawings and where required certified & stamped in accordance with the PED or ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code.
Welded or integrally machined pressure vessels are supplied with appropriate fittings and seals to meet customer needs and can be installed by our professional installation team. Pressure vessels can be configured to include the following features:
- Welded or integrally machined construction
- Reducers for attachment to in-service piping
Where Vessels are too large or complex to be economically constructed entirely off site, we may complete the fabrication process on-site. Vessels are designed and constructed to British standards PED5500, and also ASME VIII, with all documentation to ensure compliance with CE marking (pressure Equipment Directive).
